Floorcare Deck PU

FLOORCARE DECK PU is a two-component, low viscosity, aliphatic polyurethane car park coating.

FLOORCARE DECK PU is combination of aliphatic polyol polyurethane car deck coating. It has excellent adhesion over primed surface and excellent resistance to UV degradation hence prevent color fading. It provides strong monolithic bond, very high abrasion & sufficient application time to finish the job.

• FLOORCARE P primer should be applied on prepared surface, broadcast selected quartz sand evenly on the premiered surface at a spreading rate of 1-2 Kgs/M2. FLOORCARE DECKPU is pigmented is apply by roller / brush to cure for 3-4 hours. Apply second coat. Allow to cure. Allow the traffic after 24 hours of curing.

• FLOOR is supplied in pre-packaged in exact ratio. Pour the entire contents of part B into the container of part A. Mix with mechanical drill & paddle at a very low speed for at least 3 minutes. After proper mixing to a homogeneous consistency pours the mixed parts A and B in to a fresh container and mix for another minute

As with all chemical products, care should be taken during use and storage to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, skin and foodstuffs (which can also be tainted with vapours until product fully cured or dried).
