CONCARE MRA

Ready-to-Use Oil-Based Mould Release Agent.

CONCARE MRA specifically formulated with high-quality mineral base oil and selected additives for excellent release properties. CONCARE MRA is a low-viscosity, multipurpose mould release agent suitable for timber, steel, and aluminum formworks. It can be applied using a brush, sponge, or conventional sprayers.

• Clean all surfaces thoroughly, ensuring they are free from dirt, dust, grease, and residual concrete or grout.

• Mix CONCARE MRA well to ensure uniform consistency before application.

• Apply a thin, even layer over the entire surface using a brush, roller, swab, or spray system.

• For optimal results, apply the product immediately before each use. It may also be applied up to 2 days before concrete pouring.

• Allow the product to dry for approximately 2 to 4 hours, depending on ambient weather conditions.

• Clean application tools and equipment with hydrocarbon solvents, such as diesel, after use.
