Concentrated and Emulsified Chemical Mould Release Agent

CONCARE MRA WB is supplied as a Dark hued liquid which turns white when diluted with water to produce a chemical relase agent, It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete.

• Mixing: Dilution rate-1 part CONCARE MRA WB:5parts clear water (by volume).

• Apply the CONCARE MRA WB 1:5 water dilution to the face of the formwork by spray, brush or cloth.

• Clean all surfaces thoroughly, ensuring they are free form dirt, dust, grease, and residual concrete or grout.

• Mix CONCARE MRA WB well to ensure uniform consistence before application.

• Apply a thin, even layer over the entire surface using a brush, roller, swab, or spray system.

• Clean application tools and equipment with dry wipe.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep containers out of reach and dispose safely.
