Specially formulated acrylic co-polymer emulsion for multiple applications:

2. Can be used as a cement mortar modifier which improves tensile & flexural strength.
3. Can be used as an excellent waterproofing coating, especially for wet areas like bathrooms & toilets, balconies and kitchen sink areas when mixed with cement at specified ratio and methodology.

• Clean surface of dust, dirt and loose particles.
• Repair spalled/damaged areas by saw cutting and removing weak concrete.
• Roughen smooth surfaces by scrabbling/grit blasting.
• Saturate with clean water, remove excess before application.
• Mix Ultrabond Flex: Cement=1:15 by volume.
• Stir 2-3 minutes to uniform consistency.
• Apply 2 brush coats (interval 4-6 hrs).
• Mix Ultrabod Flex: Cement=1:1 by volume.
• Brush apply 1 coat and overlay mortar while tacky.
• Mix: Cement 10kg, Washed Sand 25 kg, Ultrabond Flex 1.5 kg, Water 1.5-2 L.
• Apply for patch repairs and render works.

Best before 18 months from date of packaging.
Store in cool, dry & covered environment (5 to 40°C)
Direct contact with skin may cause irritation. Avoid skin contact by using protective gloves. If any contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
Should not be inhaled. It is advisable to use a protective respiratory mask of good quality while handling, pouring and mixing the powder.
Avoid contact with eyes by using proper eye protection. If such contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If any uneasiness persists, seek medical adivce.
