Water Based Sealer for Concrete

Imparts a durable, tough, semi glossy look on surface. Water based sealer for concrete in natural stones. V- Seal WB 45 is a premium, super-tough, non-yellowing. Penetrating type coating while protects exterior decorative concrete and enhance colour. Can be roller or spray applied.

•Do not apply to fresh concrete. Recommended minimuym time for concrete to cure prior to application is 7 days.

•The surface must be clean and completely dry.

•Apply with medium to heavy nap non-lining roller or high volume low-pressure sprayers with adequate dring time between coats.

•Allow final coat to cure for a minimum 24 hours before opening to light traffic and 72 hours before opening to heavy or vehicle traffic.

•In case of old concrete surface, the same must be clean and completely dry prior to application.

•In case of any doubt, please contact company representative before application.

•Coverage: 5 to 8 m²/lit (Depending on the porosity of the substrate).
